Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expecting their first child together.
Fox is four to five months pregnant with their rainbow baby — a pregnancy following a miscarriage — due in March 2025.
The “Transformers” actress revealed the pregnancy news on Monday via a creative Instagram post.
In the first picture she shared, Fox, 38, had a black liquid covering her body and the floor around her. She hid her chest with one arm and cradled her growing bump with the other.
She also shared a snap of her positive pregnancy test.
“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” the actress captioned the post.
The couple also knows the gender of the child but are keeping it private for now.

Fox revealed she and the “My Ex’s Best Friend” hitmaker suffered a pregnancy loss while promoting her 2023 collection of poems titled “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.”
“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately,” she said during a November 2023 appearance on “Good Morning America.”
Fox also touched on the heartbreaking experience in her poetry book.
“There is an ultrasound by your side of the bed, 10 weeks and 1 day … do you think that if she could have, she would have left a suicide note?” the actress penned.
“But now I have to say goodbye. I close my eyes and imagine holding you tight against my chest as they rip you from my insides,” she tragically went on.
MGK, 34, also alluded to experiencing a miscarriage with Fox when he dedicated his 2022 Billboard Music Awards performance to their “unborn child” after calling her his “wife.”
Fox shares three kids with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green: Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7.
Green and his fiancée, Sharna Burgess, congratulated the “Jennifer’s Body” star after she revealed the exciting news and said they were “excited” to meet the new addition to the family.
MGK, meanwhile, has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, with his ex, Emma Cannon.
The rapper and Fox began dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of “Midnight in the Switchgrass” and got engaged in 2022.
The pair notoriously have an off-again, on-again relationship, and at one point Fox confirmed they ended their engagement during her March appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.
