Medhat Saleh to Perform at Cairo Opera House on July 7

Egyptian superstar, Medhat Saleh will perform live at the Cairo Opera House’s Main Hall on Friday, July 7.

He will present a number of his popular and latest songs.

The event titled "Medhat and the Professors", will hold a number of surprises

The evening will also feature performances by singers from Egypt and the Arab world.

Saleh was born on November 2, 1960, in the Shobra district in Cairo.

The acclaimed singer has been one of the best-known singers in Egypt and the Arab world over the past four decades.

He began his musical career directly after he graduated from Cairo University.

Throughout his career that spawned more than 30 years, Saleh was famous for performing the scores of the most successful films such as "Habiby Ya Ashek" from “Short w Fanla w Cap" and "El Nour Makano Fel Keloob" from “Amir El Zalam".

He also performed on Ramadan trivia shows for several years including in 2003.
