Mayan El Sayed Replaces Rana Raeis in Film “Asaba Amal”

Rising Egyptian actress, Mayan El Sayed has recently joined the cast of the film “Asaba Amal” (Work Injury).

El Sayed is replacing Rana Raeis after the latter had to part ways with the project shortly after principal photography kicked off earlier this week.

It also stars Amir El-Masry, Sabrien, Bayoumi Fouad, and others.

Essam Nassar directed the film from a script written by Mohamed Samir Mabrouk, Ahmed Adel Sultan, and Sahar Ghareeb.

Moreover, El Sayed will also star in the star-studded film “Baad Saat Fi Youm Ma”.

It also stars, Hannah El Zahed, Mai Omar, Ahmed Hatem, Khaled Anwar, Huda El Mufti, Ahmed El Saadany, Aïcha Ben Ahmed,  Hesham Maged, and others.

The film is based on Mohamed Sadek’s novel of the same title. Filmmaker Othman Abo Labn is directing the project from a script written by Sadek.

The actress was last seen in the legal drama film “Al Mhkam”.

It features a star-studded cast that includes Ghada Adel, Mahmoud Abdel-Moghny, Salah Abdallah, Fathy Abdel Wahab, Naglaa Badr, Ahmed Khaled Saleh, Ahmed Dash, Jamila Awad, Suleiman Eid, and others.

The events of the film occur on the court day of six cases such as civil cases, rape, inheritance, family court, and gender transition.

El Sayed, born on November 7, 1997. is a rising star whose exceptional talent placed her name among the most sought-after actresses. She studied theater and cinema at the American University in Cairo.

The actress made her acting debut in the 2016 TV series "Al-Moghany", starring legendary singer Mohamed Mounir.
