Massar Egbari to Perform Live in New Administrative Capital on Dec. 30

Egyptian underground band Massar Egbari will perform live at the Twisted Tracks Motorsport festival, in International Olympic City, the New Administrative Capital, Egypt, on Friday, December 30.  

They are set to present several of their popular and latest songs.

The event will take place on December 30-31 and will include 6 car races on the longest track in Egypt. 

It will also include the first quarter-mile drag race.

The event will also contain an auto show of some of the most distinguished cars in Egypt, such as Exotics as well as the Stance Car Show.

Massar Egbari, which means “Compulsory Detour”, was founded in 2005 and consists of Ayman Massoud, Hany El Dakkak, Ahmed Hafez, Tamer Attallah, and Mahmoud Siam.

The band tackles social problems with their music, inserts a mix of Alternative Egyptian Music, and blends rock, jazz, and blues with some Oriental music.

In 2011, The band was honored by UNESCO in Paris.
