Maroon 5 to Perform for 1st Time at Pyramids Next May

For the first time in Egypt, world-famed Maroon 5 will perform at the Pyramids on May 3, the band, and the concert organizers announced on Wednesday.

Moreover, Egypt's concert has been listed on the band's tour schedule on their website, in addition to a concert in Dubai in the same month.

three years ago, the organizers set an unforgettable night for legendary Rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers.

The iconic American rock band gave a concert in front of Egypt’s Great Pyramids in Giza. Thanks to Nacelle, pivotal Egyptian promoter and Ticketmarche, ticket seller firm, Anthony Kiedis, lead vocalist of the rock band, and his gang will sing in front of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure.

The band has signed only a handful of concerts on the African continent. In 2013, they had two concerts in South Africa.

It’s worth mentioning that the opportunity to “sing for the pharaohs” was given only to the most prominent performers of modern music. Among them Frank Sinatra in 1970, Pink Floyd in 1971, and Scorpions in 2005 in addition to the pa Mariah Carey, Andrea Bocelli, and Kylie Minogue.
