Madonna has been spotted out in public for the first time after she was hospitalized with a severe bacterial infection.

Amid a swirl of speculation about her condition, Page Six reported that the “Vogue” hitmaker — who was reportedly found unconscious in her home just 10 days ago — was spotted strolling with a pal in her Upper East Side neighborhood.

The pop star, 64, was seen leaning somewhat heavily on a lamppost while waiting to cross the street at East 80th Street and Lexington Avenue.

Madonna looked happy and chatted with a blonde pal as they wandered Sunday afternoon. She seemed to have no trouble walking, though seemed to be taking her time.

Podcaster Lauren Conlin later posted photos of the acclaimed singer on her walk on TikTok.

On June 28, Madonna’s longtime manager, Guy Oseary, revealed on Instagram that Madonna spent a few days in the ICU after she developed a serious bacterial infection on June 24.

The pop icon was found unresponsive and rushed to a New York City hospital. She was intubated for at least one night before having the tube removed.

The Grammy winner’s Celebration tour has since been postponed due to the medical emergency. It had originally been scheduled to kick off July 15 in Vancouver.

A source close to the tour production previously told Page Six that she had been strenuously rehearsing for up to 12 hours to prepare for the global trek.

A separate source said that the songstress was constantly pushing herself to keep up with her younger dancers

“While she is as good as the people she is working with, many of them are a fraction of her age and without her history of injuries,” one of her friends told the outlet.

“Of course, there are other acts older than her still on the road, but they aren’t dancing and performing like she does.”

It is not clear what initially caused the bacterial infection, but doctors say it became extremely serious and required treatment in intensive care.

The hospitalization has forced the acclaimed singer to put her massive, career-spanning Celebration tour on pause for the time being.

“At this time we will need to pause all commitments, which includes the tour,” Oseary wrote in his post. “We will share more details with you soon as we have them, including a new start date for the tour and for rescheduled shows.”
