Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly inspected the latest works at the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) amid the trial opening of the museum, and the execution of the works in the Pyramids site.
Madbouly was accompanied by a number of officials and ministries like the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, the Minister of Transportation Kamel Al-Wazir, Giza Governor Ahmed Rashid, and Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal.
The Prime Minister asserted that he is keen to follow up on the works of the GEM and give care to its tiniest details to reflect the greatness of the Egyptians and their civilization.
He started his tour of the GEM by inspecting the main halls and reviewing the display scenario of the museum.
The main three halls of the GEM include a hall dedicated to the community, royalty, and the afterlife.
The museum is also covering the history of Egypt from the Prehistoric period to the Greco-Roman period.
Madbouly also visited the building of King Khufu Ships.
