Latifa Releases New Music Video “Galbi Haan”

Tunisian superstar, Latifa released Friday her new music video “Galbi Haan” on YouTube.

It is by the lyrics of Yassin Hamzaoui and composed by Amin Al-Qalsi. Farah Allama directed the visual.

“Galbi Haan” is featured on her album "Albi Ertah," which consists of 14 songs and arrives gradually on digital music platforms.

"Albi Ertah" marks a new milestone in the making of music in the Arab world for it is the first work to be created entirely with Dolby Atmos, an advanced surround sound technology that gives listeners a three-dimensional audio experience.

In a previous statement, Latifa described the album as “Completely different” from her previous work.

"The album is completely different from all my previous work, whether in terms of arrangement, lyrics, or composition," Latifa said. "It contains new and innovative musical styles that keep pace with global musical developments,".

"The songs range from joy and pain, nostalgia and sadness, to wounds—real emotions I experienced and touched throughout my artistic and humanitarian career," she added.

Latifa released her latest album, “Mafesh Mamnoo” in June 2024, which won the Album of the Year at the 2024 DIAFA Awards.

The album consists of 10 songs and features Latifa cooperating with a large number of poets and composers, including Mahmoud Anwar, Omar El-Masry, Samer Abo Taleb, and Walid Saad.

It also included a collaboration between Latifa and Iraqi superstar Kadim Al Sahir on a single written by the late poet Karim Al Iraqi.
