Lana Condor to Guest Star in "Abbott Elementary" Season 3

After the surprise cameo from 2024 Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper during Sunday’s special episode of "Abbott Elementary, ABC is keeping up the pace.

Lana Condor, Keegan-Michael Key, Cree Summer, Tatyana Ali, and Karan Soni are set to appear as guest stars/recurring guest stars in the upcoming Season.

No details yet on how each of these actors will come into contact with the teachers at Abbott, however, viewers won’t have to wait for long for Summer is slated to appear in her first episode on Wednesday. 

Here’s the logline for that episode: "Janine spearheads a pilot program that brings a librarian to Abbott; however, when friction arises with one of the teachers, it strains Janine’s relationships with both parties. Meanwhile, both Melissa and Jacob deal with some big changes at home."

Season 3 kicked off in February with guest appearances from Philadelphia Eagles players Jalen Hurts, Brandon Graham, and Jason Kelce.

The series has also previously had guest appearances from Taraji P. Henson, Ayo Edebiri, Vince Staples, and Leslie Odom Jr.

"Abbott Elementary" takes place in a predominantly Black Philadelphia public school. Quinta Brunson, who created the series, plays Janine Teagues, an optimistic second-grade teacher who makes it her mission to help enrich her students’ lives while also managing her own life.

Tyler James Williams, Janelle James, Lisa Ann Walter, Chris Perfetti, William Stanford Davis, and Sheryl Lee Ralph also star.
