Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons Get Married in Jamaica

Academy Award Winner Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons got married after six years of dating.

The couple tied the knot last weekend in Jamaica in a private ceremony at the luxury GoldenEye resort in Ocho Rios.

The tropical location is known for inspiring creative types. It is where Ian Fleming wrote his "James Bond" novels and Sting penned The Police's biggest hit, “Every Breath You Take”.

“I can just confirm they got married. No other details will be given.” A rep for Dunst said in a statement on Saturday.

The couple met while starring in the FX series “Fargo” in 2015, but they didn’t begin dating till 2016 after Dunst had split from her boyfriend at the time, Garrett Hedlund.

They announced their engagement two years later and welcomed their first son, Ennis, in May 2018.

The public got its first glimpse of the pair’s young son at Dunst’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in August 2019.

The “Bring It On” star and her “Friday Night Lights” beau welcomed their second son James Robert last year.

Earlier this year, the couple were nominated for Oscars for their roles in “The Power of the Dog”, in which they once again played newlyweds.

In February, Dunst disclosed that they had postponed their wedding due to the coronavirus outbreak and welcoming a second child.
