Netflix has pushed back the release date for American comedian and actor Kevin Hart’s heist comedy "Lift".

The movie has been delayed from August 25, 2023, to January 12, 2024.

Many fans have been eagerly awaiting the star-studded action flick since the title was first announced in 2021.

Joining Hart in this pulse-pounding comedy will be Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Vincent D’Onofrio, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Úrsula Corberó, Jean Reno, Burn Gorman, Sam Worthington, Viveik Karla, Paul Anderson, and singer Kim Yoon-ji.

Straight Outta Compton’s F. Gary Gray directed the project from a screenplay by Daniel Kunka and Simon Kinberg.

The movie follows a top-tier crew of professionals is recruited to stop the attack and must pull off the heist onboard a plane bound for Zurich by way of London.

"Lift" is produced by Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon for Genre Pictures, Matt Reeves and Adam Kassan for 6th & Idaho, and Hart and Brian Smiley for HartBeat Productions.

The movie is a part of Hart and HartBeat Productions’ creative partnership with Netflix.
