Egyptian actor, Karim Kassem shared Sunday an update on his upcoming projects.
In a statement, Kassem revealed that he will star in a new film, which is being produced under the working title of "Lela Gheer Adya" (An Extraordinary Night).
The film, which also stars Huda El Mufti, is directed by Ahmed Biali and produced by Ehab Al-Sirjani.
The actor added that he will collaborate with the El Adl group in a new TV series, which is set to screen in the Ramadan 2022 drama marathon.
He also shared an update on the sequel to the 2006 film “Awqat Faragh”.
Kassem explained that the series is on the way and is likely to begin shooting soon, noting that the coronavirus outbreak was the reason behind the disruption of the film.
He confirmed that the film will feature the main cast, which included Ahmed Hatem and Amr Abed.
The actor added the sequel will feature what occurred with the characters after part one.
