Warner Bros.’ “Juror No. 2,” the new thriller from Oscar-winning director Clint Eastwood, will be available to stream on Max 20 on December 20.

The courtroom drama, which marks the 94-year-old filmmaker’s 40th directorial effort, and possibly his last, premiered at the 2024 AFI Film Festival in October.

After being originally slated as a straight-to-streaming release, Warner Bros. released the feature in a limited release of less than 50 theaters on November 1, a peculiar hush-hush approach for such a commercial filmmaker.

Eastwood is one of America’s most prolific actors and filmmakers. He is well known for playing "The Man With No Name" in Sergio Leone’s Dollars Trilogy of Spaghetti Westerns. He also directed some well-received movies such as "Unforgiven", "Million Dollar Baby", and "Mystic River".

Eastwood helmed the pic from a script by Jonathan Abrams.

"Juror No. 2" is a legal drama taking place during a murder trial and is centered around a juror (played by Nicholas Hoult), who realizes that he may be the murderer and struggles with the dilemma of turning himself in or manipulating the jury to get away with the crime.

The cast also includes Zoey Deutch, Toni Collette, Oscar winner J.K. Simmons, Chris Messina, Gabriel Basso, Cedric Yarbrough, Leslie Bibb, and Kiefer Sutherland.

Eastwood produced the movie with Adam Goodman, the former production president of Paramount-turned-producer who now runs his banner, Dichotomy. Tim Moore, Matt Skiena, and Jessica Meier produced, with Ellen Goldsmith-Vein and Jeremy Bell of The Gotham Group, who have been steering the script through Hollywood for the last 15 years, executive producing.
