American actor Jason Momoa and his wife actress Lisa Bonet are giving their marriage a second chance.
In a statement, a source close to the couple revealed that Momoa moved back in with Bonet just one month after announcing their porce.
The move occurred almost two weeks ago.
“They decided to work on things rather than throw in the towel because they have so much invested in each other.” the source added.
On January 13, the couple announced their separation in a joint statement on Instagram.
“We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding ~and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring” the joint statement read.
The statement continued: “And so~ We share our Family news~ That we are parting ways in marriage. We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy ~ But so that~ as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty,”.
“The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other ~to be who we are learning to become… Our devotion unwavering to this sacred life & our Children. Teaching our Children What’s possible ~ Living the Prayer. May Love Prevail ✨ J & L,” the statement concluded.
The post has since been deleted.
The couple began dating in 2004 and tied the knot in October 2017. They have two children, Lola and Nakoa-Wolf.
Momoa helped raise Bonet’s daughter, actress Zoë Kravitz, from her earlier marriage to actor Lenny Kravitz.
