The 2025 Hollywood Walk of Fame class has been announced, and it features major celebrities like the late Prince, Jane Fonda, Jessica Chastain, Colin Farrell, and more.

More than 30 new stars will be added to the Walk of Fame in the categories of motion pictures, television, live theatre/live performance, radio, recording, and sports entertainment.

The motion picture honorees include John Carpenter, Chastain, Bill Duke, Robert Englund, Emilio Estevez, Farrell, Fonda, Nia Long, Lisa Lu, Glynn Turman and Toni Vaz.

On the TV side, there are Fran Drescher, Lauren Graham, Bill Nye, Molly Shannon, Sherri Shepherd, and Courtney B. Vance, with Chris Wallace, Trey Parker, and Matt Stone honored in a double ceremony.

Fantasia, Depeche Mode, Los Bukis, The B-52s, Green Day, The Isley Brothers, Busta Rhymes, George Strait, Keith Urban, WAR, and Prince will be honored in the recording category.

Misty Copeland and Alan Cumming will receive stars for live theatre/live performance; David Beckham and Orel Hershiser are the sports entertainment honorees; and Adam Carolla is the sole radio star this year.

Honorees have up to two years after they are chosen to set a date for their ceremonies. The Hollywood Chamber’s Board of Directors chose the selections in mid-June, and they were announced by Niecy Nash, Joe Mantegna, Jimmy Jam, and Steven Nissen, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce president, on Monday.

“The Walk of Fame has made history again! As Chairman of the Walk of Fame Selection Committee, I am thrilled to announce the distinguished honorees who will grace the iconic Walk of Fame in the Class of 2025. Each honoree truly embodies the essence of excellence in their respective fields,” Peter Roth said in a statement. “The committee and I cannot wait to see our honorees becoming part of this world-famous walkway!”.
