IU, Lee Jong Suk Confirmed to Be Dating

Lee Jong Suk's name topped the trend in the last hours on Twitter, after confirming that he has a love affair with IU.

The confirmation came through the agency that Lee works for.

HighZium Studio confirmed speculation about Lee and IU's relationship with a statement that read, “This is an official statement regarding the exclusive article about actor Lee Jong Suk. Actor Lee Jong Suk and IU recently progressed from being close acquaintances into being a couple, and they are maintaining a serious relationship.”

The agency wished fans and social media pioneers to show support for the duo in order to continue their relationship in a beautiful way.

What Lee's agency said was also confirmed by IU's agency EDAM Entertainment, who also asked the fans to warmly welcome their relationship.

The confirmation came after Dispatch published a report this morning, December 31, 2022, on a four-month-old relationship between the couple. According to the website, Lee and IU met in Inkigayo ten years ago, and their friendship developed into a romantic relationship.

The site revealed that IU and Lee spent Christmas Eve together in Nagoya, Japan, where they enjoyed a quiet vacation at a luxury resort.
