Summer is pretty much tasteless without the music of “El-Hadaba” Amr Diab.

Diab took to Instagram on Tuesday to tease his fans with his new music production. He posted a photo of himself with actress Dina El Sherbiny, the makers of his new song, as well as some friends and closed ones.

"Amakan El Sahar soon." he captioned it.

The 58-year-old singing legend had recently finished recording the song in complete secrecy.

"Amakan El Sahar" was filmed as a music video, which features El Sherbiny in Diab's music video for the first time as well as a number of his friends.

Social media users circulated footage from the music video, which showed Diab carrying El Sherbiny as the camera crew films in Hacienda Bay, in the North Coast.

The song is by the lyrics of Tamer Hussein, composed by Aziz El-Shafei, and distributed by Tarek Madkour, and directed by Ahmed El-Naggar.

Recently, the 58-year-old singing legend released a new music video, “Ya Baladna Ya Helwa”, which featured him in several tourist attractions, including scenes from on top of a Nile fountain, highlighting the country’s charm, civilization, and historical buildings.

It is worth mentioning that Diab, born on October 11, 1961, is an Egyptian multi-award-winning pop singer-songwriter.

The 58-year-old singing legend is known to fans as El-Hadaba. He has created his own style, which is often termed “Mediterranean Music”, a blend of Western and Egyptian rhythms.

Diab became the first Arabic artist to start making high-tech music videos by 1992. His fame in the entertainment industry has led him to experiment with other forms of media, such as film-making.

The megastar co-starred in three films “El Afareet”, “Ice Cream in Gleam”, and “Dahk Wa Laab”.

Diab co-starred as himself in his first film, “El Afareet” — released in 1989 — with prominent Egyptian actress, Madiha Kamel.

In 1992, he starred in his second film “Ice Cream in Gleam”, which was chosen as one of the best five Egyptian musical films by the “UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television”.

The megastars’ third film “Dahk Wa Laab” came out in 1993, co-starring international Egyptian star Omar Sharif and prominent Egyptian actress Yousra.

Despite the films’ success, Diab did not experience the same level of success in acting as he had with his music.

He has focused on his singing career since 1993.
