Egypt is accelerating preparations to host the El Alamein International Airshow 2026, as El Alamein International Airport records strong growth in passenger traffic, flight operations and airline connectivity, according to an infographic released by the Cabinet's Media Center.

The figures underscore the government's ongoing efforts to upgrade civil aviation infrastructure and position New El Alamein as a regional hub for tourism, business and international aviation events, ahead of the airshow scheduled for September 2026.
