Hungarian President János Áder, his wife, daughter and accompanying delegation visited earlier today Thursday Salah El-Din Citadel in Cairo.
They were received by Head of the Islamic, Coptic, and Jewish Antiquities Sector Gamal Mostafa and Hungarian Ambassador to Cairo Peter Kivik.
In addition, the Hungarian delegation visited Mohamed Ali mosque, and National Police museum.
Moreover, they expressed their happiness and deep admiration for the Egyptian Islamic civilization and Islamic architecture. They also thanked officials for their warm reception and generous hospitality.
It is worth mentioning that, Hungarian president arrived in Egypt on Wednesday in an official visit, to meet his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
