The blockbuster remake of "How to Train Your Dragon", starring Gerard Butler, Mason Thames and Nico Parker, will be available for digital streaming this week.
"How to Train Your Dragon" premiered in theaters on June 13. The film is a live-action remake of the 2010 animated hit "How to Train Your Dragon" trilogy, which is and directed by the original film’s director Dean DeBlois.
Butler reprised his 2010 voice role of Viking Chief Stoic the Vast in the live-action remake, while Thames has been tapped to play his son, Hiccup, who doesn’t seem cut out for the centuries-long tradition of fighting dragons.
Parker stars as Astrid, a teen Viking who is part of a group, including Hiccup, that is in training to become dragon slayers.
"How to Train Your Dragon" also stars Nick Frost, Julian Dennison, Gabriel Howell, Bronwyn James, Harry Trevaldwyn, Ruth Codd, Peter Serafinowicz, and Murray McArthur.
The adaptation is set to be released on digital streaming via premium video on demand on July 15.
