On Wednesday, iconic artist, the founder of Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture and Arts, and former Minister of Culture Farouk Hosny mourns the death of former Ministry of Culture official Samy Abdel Sadek.
Abdel Sadek held various positions in the government as he was the former director of the Culture Minister's Office, the former legal advisor for the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, and a former major official at the Ministry of Culture.
Hosny praised the late figure describing him as honourable, honest, friend who was one of the legal affairs icons in Egypt.
He added: "Praying to God Almighty to bless him with His mercy and inspire his family, friends, and students with patience and solace.
