High turnout on 7th day of 56th Cairo Int'l Book Fair

On the seventh day of its 56th session, under the slogan of “Read... In the beginning was the word,” the Cairo International Book Fair is witnessing a large public turnout, as visitors have been keen to be present inside its corridors since the beginning of the day to buy books and enjoy various cultural and artistic activities.

From the main gates of the fair, where the people lined up in queues extending for dozens of metres, you can see the large numbers of persons who came from all over the republic to participate in this cultural celebration.

Since the morning, the fair's corridors and main pavilions have witnessed a large turnout from the people, who are searching in all its aspects for thought and knowledge, by purchasing the various and varied books that are sold within the sales pavilions, which meet the needs of different ages and intellectual and cultural orientations.

The Cairo International Book Fair receives visitors daily from 10 am to 8 pm, except for Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 9 pm.
