Egyptian actress Heba Magdi is no longer involved in the TV series "Daret El Ayam".
Magdi was initially set to star alongside Nedal El Shafey in the show but dropped from the project due to her commitment to another project, which will be announced in the coming days.
"Daret El Ayam" consists of 15 episodes and hails from director Morcous Adel.
Magdi will be seen next in the TV series "Harb Al Jabali", starring Ahmed Rizk. Mohamed Osama directs the series from a script by Samah El Hariry.
Magdi, born on July 28, 1988, is an Egyptian actress, singer, and former ballet dancer.
She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Ain Shams in the Department of Theater Criticism as well as studied Arab music at the Academy of Art.
Magdi kicked off her acting career by joining the Cairo Opera House, under the leadership of Dr. Gamal Salama, and then trained under Maestro Salah Aram. Afterward, she appeared in the TV series “Boogy We Tamtam” (Boogy and Tamtam) and in “Fawazeer Amo Fouad” between 1998 and 2003.
Magdi made her first appearance in a drama in the TV series “El Aid Al Wan” during the fourth grade of primary school.
In 2007, she appeared in Fathy Abd El Wahab and Rania Farid Shoky’s “A’ila Magnuna Gedan” (A Really Crazy Family).
Magdi’s career took off with the TV series “Ana We Ha’ola’” (Me and These Guys) starring prominent actor Mohamed Sobhy.
Her TV credits include "Qasset Al-Ams", "Al-Adham", "Al Zoga Al Raba'a", "9 Gameat El Dowal", "Gabal Al Halal", "Aelat Al-Hajj No'aman", "Awalem Khafeya", 'Weld El-Ghalaba", "Talqet Haz", "Fursa Thanya", "Big Brother", and "Malhamat Mousa".
She is also known for her impressive performance in the theatrical play "King Lear".
