Veteran actress and TV presenter, Esaad Younis hosted Monday evening Egyptian actress Hannah El Zahed on her program “Sahebat Al-Saada” broadcasted on “DMC” satellite Channel.
During the interview, she talked about several artistic and personal topics including, her separation from her ex-husband Ahmed Fahmy after four years of marriage in November 2023.
“I did not imagine that there would be such a thing as divorce for me, so God brought the matter of divorce to me in 8 months,” she explained.
El Zahed added, “I am a routineer and can never abandon the something I have become accustomed to, but I realized that God has decreed the best for me in anything and believes that my life is better with separation,”.
“I did not shed a single tear after the separation, and went to stay with my siblings." she continued."I believed that God was planning the best for me, and my colleagues on the set did not know that I had a problem,”.
"Sometimes I feel sad, but I try to hide it with a smile. I have come to rely on both the mind and the heart after I used to rely only on the heart. I have learned from many difficult situations, and I am happy with all the experiences I have gone through,"
She wished Fahmy well and did not mind working with him if the role was suitable, because he has become a work colleague and not a friend.
El Zahed got candid about what she is looking for in the man of her dreams and how many kids she wants to have.
“I hope that he will be a man who supports me and has my back, who does everything to please me and encourage me to grow. Can feel safe with him. I'm not attracted to those my age, I love children, and I hope to give birth to a girl and a boy,” she said.
