Former Egyptian actress Hanan Turk suffered from a sudden health crisis, her son Adam Khattab, announced Wednesday on Instagram.
Khattab called for prayers for his mother without explaining the nature of her illness.
In August 2012, the former actress announced that she was retiring from acting during a phone-in with the Lebanese journalist Nishan on his program “Ana W el Assal” broadcast on “Al Hayat” TV channel.
