Hana Shiha Joins Mahmoud Hemida in Film "Complaint 317 - 713"

Egyptian actress Hana Shiha is set to star opposite acting legend Mahmoud Hemida in the film "Complaint 317 - 713".

The cast also stars Enaam Salos, Hanan Youssef, Mohamed Radwan, and more.

Principal photography is set to begin in the coming period.

Hana Shiha

Shiha, born on December 25, 1980 in Beirut, Lebanon to an Egyptian-Lebanese artistic family of four sisters: Hala Shiha, Maya Shiha, and Rasha Shiha who worked in the acting industry. 

She was born to a father, Ahmed Shiha, who is an Internationally proclaimed popular Egyptian painter, and a Lebanese mother Nadia Zeitoun. 

In pursuit of her passion for stories, cinema and arts, Shiha enrolled in the Academy of Arts, where she received a Bachelor's degree from the High Institute of Dramatic Arts, majoring in Acting and Directing. 

During her studies at the institute, she made her foray into acting in the 2000 TV series"Hobena El Kebeer". 

Her performance touched off a flurry of film and television offers, including "Toyour El Shams" (2002), followed by her career-defining role in writer Tamer Habib and director Khaled Hagar's blockbuster "Hob El Banat" (2003), co-starring Laila Elwy, Hanan Turk and Ashraf Abdul Baky. 

She followed that by another hit film "Dars Khosousi" (2005) by Sameh Abdel Aziz. 

Hana Shiha

After establishing her name in the field with several hit titles under her belt, her spontaneity and creativity propelled her name in front of salient director Mohamed Khan to pick her as the lead of his 2015 feature film "Before the Summer Crowds", which became another milestone in her cinematic career. 

Additionally, Shiha is one of the most frequently present stars during the Ramadan drama season.

Her TV credits also include "Yetraba Fe Ezzo", "Share' Abdel Aziz", "Taraf Talet", "Al-Saba' Wasaya", "Al Ahd: Al Kalam Al Mubah", "Zel Al Ra'es", "Nasibi Wa Qesmetik", "Ard El Nefaq", and "Shahed Ayan".
