Gigi Hadid to Co-host Netflix’s "Next in Fashion" Season 2

The part-Palestinian model Gigi Hadid will co-host alongside stylist Tan France the season two of Netflix's fashion reality show, "Next in Fashion".

The duo will take the reins from British TV presenter and fashion designer Alexa Chung.

Hadid took to social media to announce the news, stating that casting for the show is now open, and encouraged up-and-coming designers to apply.

France, who is good friends with Hadid, also announced the news on Instagram.

“Who would have thought when we met over FaceTime 4 years ago that we’d be hosting Next in Fashion together! You read that right! The secret’s out. You better get ready, casting is now open,” he wrote.

The first season of the "Next in Fashion" premiered in January 2020 and witnessed the participation of 18 designers who competed for the chance to win a $250,000 prize.

South Korean fashion designer Minju Kim Minju Kim was named the winner of the first season.

"Next in Fashion" features fashion designers creating a weekly range of collections, often centered around a specific theme, to display at a fashion show watched by a host of top industry judges.
