Her journey has been a diverse one ranging from acting, presenting, and singing on stage, television, and the silver screen to TV commercials where she started.
The actress had partaken in the play “Al Abanda” and in the “Abyad wa Iswid” (Black and White) trivia show.

Adel can be seen in the TV series "Lunch Box".
The cast also includes Jamila Awad, Ahmed Wafik, Fadwa Abed, rapper Shaheen, Sedky Sakhr, and more.
"Lunch Box" is scripted by Amr Medhat, directed by Hesham EL-Rashidy, and produced by S Productions.
The series consists of 30 episodes and is screened during the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon.
It marks Adel's comeback to the drama marathon after a 2-year hiatus. She made her last participation in the marathon with the 2022 comedy TV series “Ahlam Saeeda” (Sweet Dreams).
The series is based on the American crime comedy-drama TV series "Good Girls", which ran from 2018 to 2021 over four seasons.
"Good Girls" follows the lives of three suburban mothers who resort to robbing a supermarket and getting involved with a crime boss and the FBI.
It starred Christina Hendricks, Retta, and Mae Whitman as the main characters, with a supporting cast that includes Reno Wilson, Manny Montana, Lidya Jewett, Isaiah Stannard, and Matthew Lillard.
The series was executive-produced by Bans, Dean Parisot, and Jeannine Renshaw, for Universal Television. In June 2021, NBC announced that the show was canceled after four seasons.
