For the third consecutive day, the irrigation ministers of Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia continue their meetings on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD).
The technical and legal experts are scheduled to submit today, Tuesday, a report to the ministers on the results of their sessions on the means of negotiation during the coming period.
Observers from the African Union, the European Union and the United States of America participate in the meeting, to discuss how to resume negotiations on the dam.
