Egypt's Foreign Minister (FM) Sameh Shoukry left Cairo on Sunday, heading to Manama, to hold talks with his Bahraini counterpart Abdullatif al-Zayani and a number of senior officials.
Moreover, Shoukry is set to deliver a written message from Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, according to Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Hafez.
"The message focuses on bilateral relations in various fields and coordination with regard to all regional developments in a way that enhances the pillars of stability in the region and preserves Arab national security," Hafez added.
