Film "Beit El Ruby" Makes Streaming Debut

Egyptian actor Karim Abdel Aziz's box office smash hit film "Beit El Ruby" is now available to watch at your home.

The star-studded film is now available on Stc platform.

"Beit El Ruby" has been shattering records since it opened during the Eid Al-Fitr movie marathon.

The film has continued to dominate the box office and garnered EGP 119,000,000 in revenues so far.

It also passed Abdel Aziz's blockbuster film “Kira & El Gin” as the highest-grossing Egyptian film of all time.

This is not Abdel Aziz's first time to rule the domestic box office as his 2019's “The Blue Elephant 2” has dominated the box office for years after earning LE100 million in total revenue.

The social comedy film also features A-listers such as Karim Mahmoud Abdelaziz, Nour, and Tara Emad.

Acclaimed director Peter Mimi directed the film from a screenplay by Mohammed Al-Dabbah and Reem Al-Kamasha. Synergy is the studio behind the film.

Abdel Aziz, was born in Cairo, Egypt, on August 17, 1975. He was born into an artistic family. He is the son of director Mohamad Abdul Aziz and nephew of film director Omar Abdel Aziz, while his aunt is the actress Samira Muhsin. Both his father and uncle are known for imprinting modern Egyptian cinema with their movies.

He starred in his first role at the age of five. Abdel Aziz graduated from the Cinema Institute in 1994. Abdel Aziz began working at the Film Institute Department of Directing.

In 1997, Abdel Aziz served as an assistant director for a short time. The actor’s class at the Cinema Institute included Ahmed Nader Galal, Ahmed Samir Farag, Marwan Wahid Hamed, and Mohamed Ismail Shafei.

He returned to acting with veteran actor Ahmed Zaki in the 1997 movie “Edhak Elsora Tetlaa Helwa”.

Abdel Aziz was chosen by veteran actress Samira Ahmed for a role in the 1998 TV series “Emraa mn zaman el Hob”. Abdel Aziz is married and has two children Malak and Ali.
