The jury members of the Farouk Hosny Sculpture award held a meeting on Thursday; to set the standards and the rules of the upcoming contest of the Sculpture Award for 2022.
The jury of Sculpture award included Dr. Mohammad Al-Alawy, professor at Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University, and the former vice dean for Graduate Studies and Research of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University, alongside, Artist Nagi Farid, and Dr. Essam Darwish, Professor at Department of Sculpture, Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University.
It also included Dr. Marwa Youssef, the former head of the Department of Sculpture, Faculty of Fine Arts at Zamalek, and Artist Ehab El Labban, the director of the Center of Arts.
The total value of the prize is EGP 100,000; EGP 50,000 for the first place, EGP 30,000 for the second one, and EGP 20,000 for the third position. In addition, there are a number of honorary certificates for unique projects.
