The jury members of the Farouk Hosny Painting award held a meeting on Saturday to set the standards and the rules for the upcoming contest of the Painting Award for 2023.
The jury of the painting award included Dr. Aleya Abdel Hadi, the former dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Arts, University of Petra, artist Dr. Hussein Al Shaboury, artist Mohamed Abla, artist Samir Fouad, and Dr. Ahmed Ragab Saqr, the former Dean of Faculty of Fine Arts, Minya University.
The total value of the prize is EGP 100,000; EGP 50.000 for the first place, EGP 30.000 for the second one, and EGP 20.000 for the third.
Moreover, a number of honorary certificates will be granted for unique projects.
