On Thursday, the Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture and Arts announced the names of the finalists in the fourth edition of the 2023 Art Awards.
The qualified works for the final round will be displayed in a group exhibition on the sidelines of the prize ceremony next March, at Al Gezira Arts Center.
50 Artworks advanced to the final round of the painting competition. On the other hand, 4 individual projects, and 8 group projects qualified for the final round of the architecture award.
Regarding the sculpture award, 33 artworks were named for the final round.
8 projects qualified for the art critique competition final round, and 27 artworks advanced to the final round of the photography competition.
