Elon Musk, the controversial billionaire, owner of Twitter (currently X) and founder of Neuralink, announced that he had successfully implanted a chip in a human's brain, indicating that the patient is recovering and in good health.
He said in a tweet on his official page on the X platform: “Preliminary results show an increase in nerve cells in a promising manner.”
Neuralink said on its website that “the chip enables people with quadriplegia to control devices with their thoughts.”
Neuralink, founded by American billionaire Elon Musk in 2016, is working to develop a chip that will be implanted in human brains to record and stimulate brain activity simultaneously.
