Elissa Wins Legal Case Against Ziad Bourji

The Lebanese star Elissa announced her victory in her famous case against artist Ziad Burji and poet Ahmed Madi.

Elissa now owns the rights to her song “Ana W Bass”, while Burji was obliged to stop performing the “W Batir” song and delete the video permanently.

“After all, the Lebanese judiciary is fine with the presence of honest and honorable judges. The truth has become clear, “Ana W Bass” “only me”!!” she wrote on Twitter.

“All thanks to my legal representative, Attorney Mark Habakah, who believed in my case and my right and challenged falsehood.”

The dispute began between the two stars months ago after Burji dropped Elisa’s song “Ana Wa Bass” with his voice, but titled “W Batir”, a few weeks after Elisa’s release.

Madi wrote the melodies of the first version to gift to his wife on the occasion of their wedding anniversary.
