On Wednesday, Ella Emhoff, the stepdaughter of Vice President Kamala Harris, has made her Paris Fashion Week debut.
Emhoff, a design student turned IMG model, hit the runway in Balenciaga couture's Fall/Winter 2021/2022 collection at the label's headquarters in Paris.
She posted on Instagram several photos and videos from her stunning walk on the runway.
"Balenciaga couture. Thank you/congrats to @demnagvasalia and the whole Balenciaga team. Truly amazing 3," the model captioned.

Emhoff, the daughter of Harris‘ husband Doug Emhoff and his first wife Kerstin Emhoff, wore a black two-piece suit, an oversized floor-length drape, and slicked-back hair for her first couture show.
The model’s debut comes after she made her debut at New York Fashion Week in February in Proenza Schouler's New York Fashion Week visual presentation.

Emhoff first caught the public’s attention at President Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20, 2021, when her embellished Miu Miu coat went viral and made her the event’s sartorial breakout star.
Shortly after the ceremony, she joined IMG Models. The agency’s formidable directory includes supermodels Karlie Kloss, and Gisele Bündchen as well as Bella and Gigi Hadid.
