Batarekh Dip
Ingredients
batarekh 1/2 kg
pepper 1 tsp
olive oil 2 tbsp
lemon juice 3 tbsp
tahini 1/4 cup
rosemary 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all of the above in a Blender then serve.
Sardine Dip
Ingredients
sardine 2 cans
cream cheese 1/4 cup
lemon juice 2 tsp
parsley 1 tbsp
pepper 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
lemon zest 1 tsp
olive oil 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix all of the above in a Blender then serve.
