In a tribute to the birth of Prophet Muhammad, the Egyptian-Russian Foundation for Culture and Science has launched a range of books emphasizing the nuances of Islamic history and culture. This move cements the Foundation's role as a bridge between Egyptian and Russian cultures, shedding light on shared histories and mutual respect.

1. Prophetic Rule of Muhammad:

Written by the renowned philosopher, Tolstoy, this book highlights Prophet Muhammad as the founder and messenger of Islam, followed by nearly two hundred million individuals worldwide. Tolstoy delves deep into the values, ethics, and teachings propounded by Prophet Muhammad, depicting them as guiding lights to the righteous path.

2. Islam and Muslims:

Authored by Vitaly F. Naumkin and translated by Dr. Mohammed Riyadh, this comprehensive book offers a blend of essays that explore various facets of Islamic societies, from historical perspectives to modern political scenarios, international relations, culture, and religion.

3. Arab-Islamic Culture:

Penned by Dmitry Mikolski and translated by Adel Ismail, the book accentuates the significance of the Holy Quran in fostering Islamic civilization, highlighting the works of traveler Al-Masoudi, a key figure in Arab-Islamic culture.

4. Works of Sheikh Mohammed Ayad Tantawi:

Notably recognized as the first Arabic teacher in Russia, the Foundation features his legacy in "From the Heritage of Sheikh Mohammed Ayad Tantawi". Another key book delves into his journey to Russia in 1840, describing Russian societal norms, traditions, and the role of women.

5. The Spread of Islam in Russia:

Authored by Dr. Nadia Hisham Adly, this publication explores Islam's relationship with Russia, tracing its roots back to the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs and emphasizing the vital role of trade and currency in propagating Islam. It also touches upon Sheikh Mohammed Ayad Tantawi's pioneering work in teaching Arabic in Russia.
