Egypt's Foreign Minister (FM) Sameh Shoukry held talks on Sunday with his Jordanian counterpart Ayman Safadi, on the sidelines of the Arab Foreign Ministers (FMs) consultative meeting, hosted in Kuwait.
Both ministers discussed ways to boost distinguished bilateral ties between both countries, as well as coordinating positions regarding regional developments, in light of the directives of the two countries' political leadership.

It is worth mentioning that, FM headed to Kuwait to participate in the consultative meeting of Arab foreign ministers (FMs).
Kuwait chairs the current 156th session of the League Council at the level of Foreign Ministers.
“Shoukry’s participation aims to continue consultation with Arab FMs on various Arab files and issues, as well as coordinating positions, to promote joint Arab action mechanisms in the face of different regional and international challenges,” the Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Hafez added.
