Egyptian engineer Dalia Sadany won a golden A’Design Award in Italy for her museum in the Greek campus in Cairo.
The museum revealed that the pharaohs are the first to establish information security system; her project proved that modern science was first discovered by ancient Egyptians.
The Award's Importance
It is the world’s largest and most diffused international design award and competition where designers from all over the world participate in more than 105 designing field.
Sadany is one of the most 100 famous designers and architects; she includes traditional Egyptian details in her work. She has done a lot of research in collaboration with a number of Egyptologists.
The studies detected that the ancient information security system is similar to modern ones as such as: Honey Pot, Maze, Anti-Virus, Password, Deep Web and Firewall.
Importance of science to Ancient Egyptians
Sadany showed a mural of seated scribe along with some phrases about the importance of science written in ancient Egyptian symbols.
Some of the sentences say, "Do not fill your heart because you are an expert.", "The hidden good words remain beneath stones" and "No one had reached the end of knowledge only by his own."
Horus God of War and Protection:
Sadany sculptured Thoth, god of knowledge and wisdom on the walls; she carved the painting using Egyptian grey marble instead of the traditional stones.
Thoth says in Book of the dead," I am the talented writer; Thoth used to get rid of evil with his virtuous hands. Truth writer, whose pen protects the world. The master of oblation who explains words".
She also quoted for Horus from the book," I am Horus who lives in sunlight, I had wondered through the clouds. Horus is sitting on his father's throne. My face is a face of a sacred falcon."
Her museum was decorated with security symbols as scarab, lotus, Horus eye, man hands and ankh (life's key). The symbols include also: cobra, Osiris and Isis, Bes (dwarf God), cartilage, the winged sun, and mace.
She stressed that all her projects aim to provide the knowledge about Ancient Egyptian history for both Egyptians and foreigners.
"I was grateful for finding out that pharaohs are the ones who first used information security systems to protect their scientific knowledge from plagiarists," she noted. "However, companies now protect their data from virtual thieves 'hackers'", she added
