Egypt to Receive New Batch of China's Coronavirus Vaccine Soon

Health Minister Hala Zayed spoke by phone with the Chinese ambassador to Egypt Liao Liqiang on Sunday.

During the phone call, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between both countries in the manufacturing of Coronavirus vaccines, as well as China's readiness to send a new batch of 'Sinopharm' vaccine to Egypt as a gift.

Moreover, the Chinese ambassador offered his sincere and deepest condolences over Sohag train collision victims, praising the Egyptian government's efforts in dealing with such a crisis.

On her part, Dr.Zayed thanked the ambassador on the cables of condolences sent by the Chinese president and Foreign minister to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi over Sohag train collision.

She also affirmed the depth of relations between Cairo and Beijing, pointing out to their continuous coordination and communication especially in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.
