Egypt Participates in the First World Summit of Peoples in Moscow

Sherif Gad, president of the Egyptian Association of Graduates of Russian and Soviet Universities and secretary-general of the Egyptian-Russian Friendship Association, is participating in the First World Summit of Peoples. The summit is being held on September 20 and 21 at the World Trade Center in Moscow, organized by the Assembly of Peoples of the World. The summit opens with a keynote session titled "A New World of Conscious Unity."

Tatiana Mishikovskaya, deputy secretary-general of the Russian Association for International Cooperation, expressed her happiness about Egypt's participation through Sherif Gad. She stated, "My love for Egypt makes me happy with the Egyptian participation through Sherif Gad, the Secretary General of the Egyptian-Russian Friendship Association and President of the Alumni Association. We look forward to more cooperation with the Egyptian side." She also expressed hope that the summit would lead to the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Russian Association for International Cooperation and the Egyptian-Russian Friendship Association.

Mishikovskaya stressed that the First World Summit of Peoples aims to bring together dedicated people from all over the world to help establish a new world and enhance the formation of a new international partnership. This partnership would be based on conscious unity and the principles of shared responsibility for the future, as well as respect for the moral ideals and cultural values of each nation. She emphasized that all participants are seriously striving to help establish a new world based on justice and equality.

For his part, Sherif Gad expressed his pleasure in participating in the summit at the kind invitation of Ms. Tatiana Mishikovskaya, in the presence of representatives from 27 countries, including Egypt.

Gad highlighted the importance and diversity of the topics discussed at the two-day summit. These topics include the role of culture as a foundation for trust in communication between peoples, creative industries in BRICS countries, new world architecture, leadership in humanitarian and charitable projects, health-saving technologies, the digital environment within the family, and the family in the digital environment. Other sessions will cover Africa in the modern world, the role of science and education in development, a competition for a popular diplomacy leader, and international tourism in a multipolar world.

Gad affirmed that the summit will provide an opportunity for increased communication among representatives of the world's peoples to work towards achieving the desired goals and reaching a better world amidst the severe circumstances currently facing the globe.
