Egypt Participates in Int'l Tourism Exhibition IGTM in Lisbon

Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities participated in the International Golf Travel Market (IGTM), held in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Egyptian officials provided IGTM visitors with detailed information about golf tourism services and golf tour packages in Azerbaijan.

Wael El-Naggar, Egyptian Ambassador to Portugal, and Mr. Amr El-Kady, CEO of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion inaugurated the Egyptian pavilion during the forum.

They also held a number of fruitful meetings with the President of the Portuguese Federation of Travel and Tourism Agencies (APAVT), and officials of several Portuguese tourism companies and tour operators in a bid to promote Egypt's tourism.

They discuss the best ways to enhance cooperation to attract more tourist traffic from the Portuguese market to the Egyptian tourist destinations.

The International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) has been organized annually in different countries of the world in order to establish partnerships and support golf professionals.
