An eco-friendly dress .. it is an ecological and creative idea at the same time an innovation to recycle used plastic bottles. The dress is designed by Rania Rafie and Yara Yassin, who graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts, German University in Cairo.
After graduating in 2013, they established a startup Company to recycle waste. They began to recycle empty bottles to use them in fashion design.
Rafie, who holds a Bachelor of Product Design, is the co-founder of the company; she always says that she is interested in raising the level of sustainability and design to make the world better.
Yassin, the co-founder and marketing director of the company, says that she has a passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products since joining International Organization for Migration “IOM” to empower women through product design.

It is worth mentioning that famous Tunisian actress Dora had worn one of the designs of the startup company. It is a bright blue dress designed and made of empty bottles used during El Gouna film festival.
The actress published her photos wearing the dress and commented:” The things that we get rid of, have a second life after using them. In this dress, a new life was created from the bottles collected from El Gouna Film Festival, this dress made of plastic bottles.”
