Dorra's "Ethbat Nasab" to Screen in Ramadan 2026

Tunisian actress Dorra's TV series "Ethbat Nasab" (Proof of Lineage) is set to screen during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.

The drama was initially set to screen in the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon, but had been postponed indefinitely.

Along with Dorra, the cast also includes Mahmoud Abdel Moghny, Mohsen Mohieddin, Yasser Ali Maher, Mohamed Aly Rezk, Hend Abdel Halim, Ahmed Gamal Said, Eslam Gamal, Hagar El Sharnouby, and more.

The drama, consisting of 15 episodes and hailing from director Ahmed Abdo, follows a simple woman who suddenly finds herself at the heart of a conflict far beyond her control after her child becomes the focus of a fierce battle between family, money, and power. As events unfold, she transforms from a mother trying to protect her child into a woman whose story, memory, and mental health are called into question.

 "Ethbat Nasab" is set to premiere on the "Al-Nahar" satellite channel during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.

Dorra in 'Ali Clay'

Dorra is also participating in the Ramadan marathon with the TV series "Ali Clay”.

The cast also includes Ahmed Elawady, Mahmoud El Bezzawy, Mohamed Tharwat, Omar Rozik, Essam El Sakka, Entsar, Reem Samy, and more.

Mohamed Abdel Salam is directing from a script penned by Mahmoud Hamdan.

The series follows a powerful boxer who makes his way in the world of the ring, where his battles are not limited to sports competitions only, but extend to his personal life.

"Ali Clay” is set to premiere on the "ON E" satellite channel and on Watch It during the Ramadan 2026 drama marathon.

The series witnesses Dorra’s comeback to the marathon after two years of absence. She made her last participation in the marathon with the 2023 TV series "Al Aghar".

Born on January 13, 1980, Dorra Ibrahim Zarrouk, known as Dorra, earned her degree in political science in Tunis, but went on to have a career in acting.

She began her acting career through a theater group, and made her first appearance in the play “Magnoun” (Crazy), directed by Tawfiq Al Gibally, which was followed by several roles at the Tunisian cinema.

Dorra also worked in many international projects such as English director Telman Reem's “Collosseum” and French director Patrick Foulsan's “Louisa’s Journey”.

She has been participating in Egyptian cinematic works since 2007. Her film credits also include "Judran", "El Kahen", “Tisbah ala Khair”, “Mawlana”, and “Kedbet Kol Youm”.

Dorra is also known for her roles in TV series like "El Aghar","Al Motahma","Ela Ana S1", “El Share’A Elly Warana”, “Naseeby We Esmetak”, “Baad Al Bedaya”, “Zarf Esswed”, “Segn El Nessa”, “Zay El Ward”, “Al Rayan”, and “Al Aar”.
