Donia Samir Ghanem Commemorates Late Father's Birthday with Song "O7'y"

Egyptian singer-actress Donia Samir Ghanem paid tribute to her late father, veteran actor Samir Ghanem, on what would have been his 86th birthday.

Donia presented one of the most famous songs presented by the late icon in a comic sketch, the song "O7'y", which Ghanem presented his satirical version of a popular Greek song at the time.

The song was also featured in the album "Mana Mana... The Most Beautiful Children's Song" in 1985.

The track combines Donia's voice with her father's in a number of lyrics in the Greek language.

The legendary comedian passed away in 2022 after suffering from Coronavirus, leaving a remarkable legacy of dozens of films, TV series, theatre plays, and songs.
