The release date for the highly-anticipated South Korean TV series "Snowdrop", has been Unveiled.
The series is set to debut on Disney+ on Wednesday, February 9.
It consists of 16 episodes and explores the forbidden love between a young couple trapped in a time of political turmoil.
IThe series stars BLACKPINK member Jisoo and Jung Hai-In, star of Tune in for Love and While You Were Sleeping.
It marks Jisoo's acting debut.
"Snowdrop" was written by Yoo Hyun-mi and directed by Jo Hyun-tak, who previously collaborated on the series "Sky Castle".
The series originally premiered in Korea last year and was streamed on Disney+ in several regions at the time.
Last year, Korean shows has gone through a massive surge in popularity across the globe due to "Squid Game", "Hellbound", "Inferno", and most recently A"ll of Us Are Dead".
