Egyptian actress Dina El Sherbiny opened up about her relationship status and dating again following her split from megastar Amr Diab.

In a new interview with "Sayidaty", El Sherbiny expressed her happiness with her new partner, and shared her hopes that the relationship will have a “happy” ending.

This was her first time to be in a relationship since splitting up with Diab in 2020 after a love relationship that lasted for three years.

During the interview, she also got candid about her strengths and weaknesses and noted that her strength was overcoming crises and her weakness was being very emotional.

El Sherbiny also revealed a secret about herself that many do not know, which is being an epicure— a person who truly loves food.

She also revealed her way of tackling the rumors about her, saying: "I face rumors with complete disregard because when a person looks behind them, they stumble. Everything gets revealed to the public with time, the days' answers".

El Sherbiny also shared thoughts on her retirement. She noted her late father's desire was for her to retire at a time when the public remembers her well as well as to present a distinguished work that she would like the public to remember her with.

El Sherbiny, born on March 17, 1985, started her career as a TV host for the program “Shababeek” on the Dream satellite channel.

However, her growing admiration for acting made her join the Marwa Gebril acting school.

She studied for a year and then auditioned for the 2010 TV series “Ard Khas” (Special Screening), where she was chosen to play her real-life character.

Afterward, El Sherbiny starred in projects such as 2013's film "Al Hafla" and the TV series "Moga Harra".

She is known for her roles in TV series such as "Kamel El Adad" (2023), "El Meshwar" (2022), "The Visit" (2021), "Qasr El Nile" (2021), "Luebat Al-Nesyan" (2020), "Zay El-Shams" (2019), “Asham Ebles” (2017), "Khalsana B Sheyaka" (2017), “Grand Hotel” (2016), "ِAfrah El-Qobba" (2016), “Hekayat Banat S1” (2012), "Taht El-Ard" (2013), and “Al Moatn X” (2011).
