Egyptian singer-actor Diab has signed on to star in the film "Saeed El Haz" (Happy Luck).
The film is scripted by Hagar El-Ebiary, directed by Mohamed Abdel-Rahman Hamaki, and produced by AH Media Production.
On the other hand, Diab is set to participate in the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon with the "Milehah".
The cast also includes Mervat Amin, Hanan Sulieman, Ashraf Zaki, Marwa Anwar, Mohamed Diab, Amir El-Masry, and more.
The series consists of 15 episodes and is centered around the Israeli–Palestinian conflict.
"Milehah" hails from director Amr Arafa and screenwriter Rasha Ezzat Al-Gazzar.
Principal photography is underway.
Diab participated last Ramadan with the TV series “ Taht El Wasaya”.
It also starred Mona Zaki, Nisreen Amin, Rushdi Al Shami, Maha Nassar, Khaled Kamal, Mohamed Abdel Azim, and others.
Director Mohamed Shaker Khodeir helmed the project from a script by screenwriters Khaled and Sherine Diab.
The series consists of 15 episodes and follows the hardship and challenges of a widow (Zaki) as she cares for her home and two children.
Born on December 7, 1979, Diab was discovered by producer and director Nasr Mahrous, who introduced him in a collective album in 2004 with the song Dimples, for which he gained wide fame. In 2010, he released his debut album.
